We have booked rooms at a discounted price, around EUR 95 for a double room including breakfast and around EUR 70 for a single room including breakfast, at Hotell Valhall which is located in the city centre of Kalix. If you want to book a room please let Maarten know.
Your presence at our wedding is gift enough. However, if you wish to give a gift, a cash gift to put towards our honeymoon would be highly appreciated.
*the wedding venue is located in a village on a field so we do recommend bringing an extra pair of comfortable shoes that you can change to and something warmer for the late hours as it can get quite cold. What we also really(!) recommend is bringing mosquito spray – the north of Sweden has plenty of mosquitoes that can be really disturbing at night!
